Inside the bays

264 bottles, every one on show.

Three bays of 19 mm solid walnut run the full width of the back wall. Bottles in the cells rest on walnut runners that run front to back, so each one lies level on its body, from a slim flute to a Champagne.

Built in

Everything a cellar needs, in one cabinet.

01

Cooling

A dedicated wine-cellar cooling unit sits in the roof over the walkway, flush with the ceiling. Plug and play once the room is in place.

02

Glass

27 mm low-E, argon-filled double glazing in heated frames on a dew-point controller, so the glass stays clear.

03

Insulation

50 mm polyurethane panels in the walls, roof and rear, and a 75 mm insulated floor.

04

Light

Warm 3000 K LED lighting and backlit display niches.

05

Mirror ends

Mirror stainless steel on both ends carries the racking on, so the room feels larger than it is.

06

Made here

Built in our Carole Park factory by the team that makes glass doors and refrigeration for Australia's major liquor retailers.
